Project Overview/ The work involves laying and welding 6 pipelines (4، 8، 10، 12، two lines of 24 inch pipes) covering a total of 60 km from GPP to CPF1:
1- 10” C5+ Condensate Interconnection Trunkline from GPP to HPS.
2- 4″ HP Fuel Gas Interconnection Trunkline from GPP to CPF1.
3- 24″ Dry Gas Interconnection Trunkline from GPP to Amarah &Kahala Power Plant.
4- 24″ Raw Gas Interconnection Trunkline from CPF3 to GPP.
5- 8″ Condensate Interconnection Trunkline from CPF1&CPF3 to GPP.
6- 12″ LP Fuel Gas Interconnection Trunkline from GPP to CPF1&CPF3
including Material inspection، Unloading and Handling، Right of way survey، Grading، Stringing، Trenching، Line-up، Welding، NDT، Anti-corrosion Coating، Peeling test، Holiday test، Tie-in، Lowering In، Backfilling، Pigging، Hydrostatic testing، Road crossing، River crossing، Cathodic protection، Clean Up، Restoration، HDD operations، heat treatment، cathodic protection، and all necessary requirements for project completion.
Project Cost: $7،860،505.00 USD. The project was successfully completed in 2023.
