Establishment
Before the official establishment of the company، it operated as a contracting office since the seventies of the last century. Therefore، our experiences in this field are inherited. Al-Enmaa Al-Arabi was officially established in 2004 in Baghdad، in accordance with the provisions of the Iraqi Companies Law No. (21) for the year 1997. Establishment Certificate Numbered M SH /14549 on 21/4/2004 issued by the Ministry of commerce، Companies Registrar Department، classified as first Class-A. With a capital of (5،000،000،000) five billion Iraqi dinars.

Our company is one of the distinguished Iraqi companies in the field of general contracting، general trade، and real estate investments. Our company has successfully implemented many major projects for various government entities، including the Ministry of Trade، the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, the Baghdad Governorate Council، and several foreign companies such as: Lukoil (Russian)، China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Corporation (CPECC)، Norinco، ZhenHua، Datsching، PowerChina، and the Italian company PEG، as well as Turkish company Beltex.
