Quality

The quality of our work is the primary factor that has shaped our reputation and sustained our prosperity. Our company’s and it’s management have inherited our experiences from our predecessors، learning that the secret to our company's success lies in the long-term quality of our work. Therefore، we are committed to satisfying our clients by completing our projects in all contracting fields efficiently، on time، meeting all agreed-upon specifications and contractual and legal requirements.

To ensure the quality of our projects، we execute construction and related services under what we call "Controlled Conditions،" which include:

1. Daily project monitoring in detail by the company's management.
2. Development of a Time Schedule and a pre-planned work plan.
3. Weekly meetings with staff to monitor work progress and avoid errors.
4. Monitoring work results through laboratory tests and evaluations.
5. Emphasizing support for specialized staff and encouraging them towards work quality.
6. Providing all necessary needs and services to accomplish the work with quality.

Quality Objectives

- Define and achieve quality goals and improvement objectives.

- Establish a system for quality inspection and corrective measures.

- Establish a culture of documentation.

- Establish a culture of trend analysis and continuous improvement.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

  • We have established an environmental management system that is in-line with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.
  • We identified key environmental issues created by our activities in the main office and work sites and implemented control measures to reduce these issues.
  • We constantly work to meet the expectations of stakeholders such as the government، clients، suppliers، and the local community، in addition to other international regulatory commitments، as the world is concerned with environmental protection.
  • Internally، our employees and workers expect a work environment free from noise، air pollution، energy radiation، and harmful liquid waste discharge.
  • To meet all these requirements، we have developed documented policies and instructions to raise awareness among employees about these needs and expectations.

  • Our company is committed to creating a safe and healthy working environment for all employees، workers، and stakeholders in our projects. The health and safety plan developed by our company serves as a guide to our continuous efforts to achieve this goal.
