1- Concrete Factories

Our company owns (2) modern concrete factories with a production capacity of (120 m3/hour) with all machinery and equipment specialized in concrete work,
which are:

  • (16) mobile mixers with capacities of 12m3 + 10m3،
  • (5) concrete pumps of various sizes،
  • (7) trailers for transporting raw materials،
  • (3) water tankers، and
  • (2) bulldozers

Also available: a full set of manual tools، including (14) vibrators، (6) helicopters، and various large-sized precast concrete forms such as T-wall forms، Jersey barriers’ forms، and precast wall forms.

2- Asphalt Plant

It is considered one of the largest asphalt factories in Iraq, with a production capacity of (300 tons/hour) with all its machinery.

  • VOGELE pavers (2).
  • Modern rubber-tired rollers (4).
  • Modern metal rollers (4).
  • Various asphalt sprayers (3).
  • Various air compressors (3) .
  • Road marking machines (2).
  • Power Curber machine (1).

The company also owns a field laboratory for asphalt testing equipped with the latest technical devices and equipment.

3- Road Construction Machinery

The company possesses various specialized road construction machinery، including:

  • Payloaders (8)
  • 3 graders (3).
  • Different-sized bulldozers (4).
  • Various wheel loaders (5).
  • Metal rollers (5).
  • Rubber-tired rollers (4).
  • Various excavators (6).
  • Wheeled excavators (2).
  • Dump-trucks (10).
  • Service trucks (8) .
  • Caravans of different sizes.

Additionally، there are other necessary equipment such as: BOBCAT Utility Machine (5)، JCB Payloader (2)، and Hydraulic Hammers (2).

4- Metal Fabrication Factory:

Equipped with modern machines to keep up with mechanical advancements worldwide. It includes:

  • (2) CNC iron cutting Machines of 6m + 12m
  • digital welding machines for welding all types of metals
  • (2) 6m bending and cutting presses
  • (4) 3m bending and cutting presses
  • A universal metal cutting machine
  • Crane for material lifting across the workshop
  • (4) Air compressors
  • (3) cutting machines
  • I-Beam iron cutting machines
  • and all necessary tools for ironwork execution. The workshop is supported by a trained technical team from leading global companies.
