Brief Overview: The work included the construction of 100 villas in Budoor Baghdad City in Baghdad Province that were located in Hills area (66 villa) and in Boulevard Area (34 villa). The work was conducted according to 4 different designs for each of the areas. The scope of our work included all of the civil work, mechanical, electrical, and plumping according to the project designs and specifications that were set by Manhal Habbobi Consultants. The villas were completed in a record time of 100 days per unit after the handover including the duration set for the mobilization and site clearing for each Villa.
